It seems to be desperation time for some sections of the Press pack. The story that PSG are lining up Pep as their next manager once his current deal expires is hardly unexpected, but when it comes without quotes and just as the CL is close to restarting and with City needing to implode to open up the trophy chase to others, then it is easy to see the dirty tricks brigade getting themselves into the act of trying to make this all happen.
