Hat trick today raheem!
Good Lord. Must admit that I've not heard anything like that since I moved to Level 1.Racial abuse. The ban is on whilst they 'review' the incident and he should expect further sanctions.
The stick he gets from opposing fans doesn't bother me one bit, or the media -- it's all small time, and not worth my effort to care about. The abuse he gets from Blues does bother me though. As I've said on countless threads on here, criticism is justified as we all pay our money and can criticise where we think fit. Abuse is different though.Sterling is nowhere near his peak at the moment, the kids a genius and all the vile shit the press and some opposing fans throw at him, will be water off a ducks minge in the not too distant future, he's still learning and he's going to be world class... He will score today too, or I will go to the foot of our stairs ...!

NNNNNO!! If somebody wants to Slag a players efforts or talents off so be it.. but to racially abuse a player is an instant life ban in my opinion. Absolutely disgraceful. We're City, not Millwall, Leeds or Moscow.
Totally agree. No but you could possibly compare Kev's bloody awful miss against Chelsea last season to Sterling's at Burnley.
But neither should get stick from Blues as both contribute hugely to the team and are a major reason why we are top of the league.
I'll criticise a player for looking like they don't care, or for a succession of unforced errors, but never for rare fuck ups such as Sterling at Turf Moor.

Good man.Mine too mate. Told him i hope he gets life ban, and given the 'defence' he's gonna try he probably will.
I'm not sure about that pal. I've watched City since early 80s and other than one or two isolated incidents, I can honestly say I've never heard anything aimed at black players on the pitch. I've always been proud of us as a club and fans for this, and having Maine Rd in a big Afro-carribbean area helped immensely from the 60s onwards. I doubt these morons would be spouting their shit if a few of my old black mates from the North stand would of been stood nearby.Unfortunately, there are many blues who hold these views. I'll never forget the shit that I used to hear as a kid in the stands. Only difference now is that most of those people tend to be less overt about it.
I know I'm right ... Get in Sterlingi think you could be right about him scoring today

I know I'm right ... Get in Sterling
Me too mate, very satisfying innit :-)We should be use to being right all the time but I do like it.
The NF never got a foothold in our fanbase like they did at other clubs. We had a very antifa fanbase before antifa was even a thing. Having large groups of the Moss Side second generation Caribbeans going to games either together or with white lads and all of our firms being white and black had a good impact on our fanbase.I'm not sure about that pal. IMO, it's totally the other way round now unfortunatelyThe NF never got a foothold in our fanbase like they did at other clubs. We had a very antifa fanbase before antifa was even a thing. And another thing , Daily Mirror pictured him in a big flash Mercedes , which is disgusting there are many alternative cars out there , a sensible diesel hatchback with the convenient option of rear folding seats is the only requirement when doing a "big shop" at poundland.
Correct. I remember hearing about little Benni(god rest him) and a few others fuckin them off in the 80s. Loads of top black and mixed race lads I've come to know at City down the years and like I said, very proud of the way the club always reached out to this minority. The NF never got a foothold in our fanbase like they did at other clubs.
