It's not all doom and gloom for the rags. The glazers were so delighted with sales of Sanchez jerseys that thinking of asking Beckham out of retirement to create the holy trinity of shirt salesmen with pogshit

Genuine question: (maybe one for @Falcao ?)

Mourinho's always had a reputation as being one of the best at setting his teams up defensively. Every team he has managed has always been tough to break down and his sides very rarely concede to often. Up until last season even that was very clear by just watching his sides.

But this season, United have been really shit at times defending as a team. Not always, but often enough and against all sorts of opposition. Pogba in particular has been brought up on several occasions for his poor defending, but he's not the only one doing it. De Gea has been bailing them out way more than ever this year.

The thing is, something doesn't add up. They were better defensively last year so you know something's changed. So what is it? Are his players just without discipline? Lazy? Tactically naive? Or are they just following orders and Mourinho's very deliberately set them out to be like this? Maybe he has and the tactics add up but he's got the wrong players to make it work (A bit like us last year).

It's the Pep effect
At the start of the season Mourinho set up his team to defend like fuck when they play a good side (Liverpool away is a perfect example) Meanwhile over at the Blue Camp, Pep has his team playing the most beautiful football this country has ever seen, no matter the opponent
The pressure of Pep and his free scoring team has put Jose under untold pressure and he's been getting it from every quarter, hence trying to play a more expansive game with lesser players and crap tactics

Wow! I honestly can't believe it...

Up to 45% off on wood flooring? What a deal

As a mark of my gratitude for this afternoon I hereby officially lay to rest the longstanding ('55) grudge I have held for Newcastle United! The goal by Ritchie, ex-Swindon, obliterates from memory the goal by J. Milburn. Thank you, Magpies, and I wish you a safe season!

Such magnanimity. Must be the sea air. Can’t see any rags I know saying that - they’re strangling their cats.

Whats that Paddy Crerand doing these days?
They will send him out to defend them tomorrow!

maureen was weird today,he said winning by defending is a beautiful way to win,he seemed bored by the whole thing,he knows he will be staying or getting the push on a big payoff,he knows something

Dead right it's weird, seeing as they can't defend or attack.
