Snow

Worked every day last week in freezing concrete box, as well as fucking about in a blizzard fixing cars. Am now fucked with flu and feel like shite. Wife's not good at all so no dossing on couch for me today, and a trip to hossy tomorrow and Thursday as well as grnadkids to sort out. I might even be too rough to go the pub for match today!
Off to walk bastard dog now in what's left of the snow and ice and then that's it, apart from dinner and tea to sort. Fuck me.

Still snowed in me.
There’s still a good 30mm outside.
I’ve told misery it’s too treacherous to risk heading out so i got myself a nice day of sport lined up in the man cave ,
Happy days.

Try being out here in Lumby, BC.

Elevation 500m.

Been quite mild this winter, only hit -6. Last couple of years been down to -24 at this time of year with 24-38" of snow.

It's dark at 3:30pm and when I say dark, I mean pitch black dark as there are few street lights in the Village and even less on the highway. Sunrise is about 8:00am.

We have similar Winter daylight hours as that in Manchester, we're actually further North (53° North here) than you are. But we are warmer in the Winter because of the gulf and jet streams.

I've been to Lumby! Visiting Tolko. Drove up to Kamloops, across to Lumby and then back through Kelowna. Fantastic couple of days "work".

Stockholm had 2-3" on Sunday, ust enough to make it look Christmassy withour having to dig the car out. Been absolutely no wind either so the trees are still covered, Should stick around until xmas too,
