Now that's funny. Lingard being interviewed and talking about pogbad

Speaking to Football Focus, Lingard said: "It is all about making new history....

......and with Paul having been here since 16,

Yes, that's new history all right

From Brennan's piece....

Do local United fans honestly think they would fill Old Trafford, without the legions of fans who flock in from Ireland, Scandinavia, Devon, and further afield?

Obviously they fucking can't just look at the Bournemouth bomb game.l!!!!!!

It's missing the point though - city's PL games are effectively all sold out - gaps are due ST no shows and unused freebies. As city's only voice in this sea of bullshit about the club, Brennan should be pointing this out

I think he's either trying but not being a blue can't quite see the light from our side or editorially he's being censored and can only get so much through.

And the Icelandic volcano ash cloud game Liverpool played West Ham and flights were cancelled around Northern and Western Europe.

Attendance at Anfield that night was 37,697!

Yep...they choose to ignore basic facts. Take away their overseas fans who travel to the games and the visiting tourists they dont reach anything like a full stadium. I have witnessed john lennon airport once when flying out to portugal a day after a liverpool game was on. The airport was rammed with people wearing liverpool scarfs going back home

Some years ago Mrs Laser and I had the misfortune to arrive at Manchester Airport just as many hundreds of Irish rags in their rag shirts pitched up at the immigration desks on their way to the swamp.

We also used on this forum the piece from the MEN that showed figures from GMP, that United had been showing worse figures on actually attendees where in some cases 20+ thousand difference. The figures collated were for H & S reasons, confirming that the Rags were cooking the books.
Didn`t a certain Mr.Swales do this on a regular occurrence at Maine Road.47,000 against Charlton at home when we won 5-1 to gat promotion. My arse it was.More like 64000 !!!

Interestingly, a couple of years ago a Blue I know put in a Freedom of Information request to the GMP to get an updated version of the rags' inflated official attendance figures. The GMP's reply was thet they don't keep separate figures and their figures agree with the club's. That was just complete horseshit because, as you correctly point out, these police figures are necessary for H&S purposes. If, God forbid, there was a major emergency at any stadium how would the emergency services manage if the club tell them there are 75,000 people inside when there are actually nearer 60,000?

The GMP must have been embarrassed that the original FOI request (from United fan group Reds Away) had resulted in information not meant for public consumption had been released. Either that or somebody must have had a word...

I presume Brennan is fed up of working , hence writing this piece .

P45 in the post Stuart.
I know Stuart quite well and because he used to cover United previously, people on this forum were aghast when he became the chief reporter for City.
Its taken time and my continued support of PB has never gone down well on here, but I think Blue Mooners are enjoying what they read from him.
He tells it how it is and he`s certainly not scared of giving the Rags a hard time, but whenever he writes something that doesn`t quite sit right with our fans, then all hell breaks lose.
SB for me is a wonderful writer.OK he works for a shit paper as most Blue Mooners state, but his continued support of our Club is a joy to behold.
He just loves the way our owner operates, compared to the Glazers, our Academy and the freshness to the PL on the way we play.He loves Pep.
Some people still have mis-givings about him,due to his connection to the Rags, but I read his articles on a daily basis and believe me,the shit he dishes out at times towards other clubs and their fans is wonderful.

Manchester Airport is as bad. In my job I travel the Nordics, Monday and Friday flights are rammed with both sets of vermin.

This low cost ST for 18-25? It is public knowledge that there is a waiting list of several years for ST at the swamp. Who will be buying these cheap tickets? The people who already have one and don’t sing at the moment? A bit mystified. Looks like a publicity stunt.

Stuart Brennan is PB, Prestwich Blue?!

Has he been reading my posts?

The first lot are just hilarious, typically represented by a United fan from Limerick, who decided to poke fun at City for not selling out in a heartbeat. After some quizzing by City fans, he revealed that he had never actually been to Old Trafford because you can never get tickets – which came as news to everyone, including the Old Trafford ticket office.

Spot on there Mr Brennan
