March 31st 2018, we beat Everton away 1-3 and amassed 84 points, this was the day we actually won the league :)

we don't have much luck with our save the rag manager campaigns but we should still try

We'll get some help from their hierarchy; Gollum and Tactical Turtle left a bit of egg on management's faces. They'll be desperate not to have to admit they've made yet a third -- and a much higher profile -- mistake.

The power vacuum left when Ferguson retired is still a gargantuan problem at that club. No one person can do all he did, and no one there knows how to do it. Money has filled the vacuum somewhat but they have not a clue in the world how to catch us up, and they are falling further behind as the points totals indicate. Yet they won't -- maybe can't, financially -- risk giving an unproven manager in the Aberdeenian Ferguson mold 5+ years to get it right if it includes wandering in the desert and finishing 7th or 8th while they change out the players.

Said it before, and I'll say it again: I am very, very confident that they are absolutely fucked. Their apex is behind them for a generation.

2nd place trophy parade is when?

“I imagine Pogba seeing how majestic, freeflowing, and beautiful City’s play is... I imagine him as the kid sitting in detention looking out wishing he was there playing, as well.” NBCSN analyst went on to say Pogba will eventually want to leave if United keep playing as they do.

After Matt Busby left, they went through decades of under-achievement, including a relegation. They are no more immune to long-term decline than Liverpool proved to be. They were predicting a three or four nil win for themselves before tonight's game. Based on what? The performance at Brighton last week and before that, WBA? When will they learn?
