Sorry if this has been asked / answered, I'm not exactly mr current affairs. Anyone else having any issues with exodus? Even with a VPN now it's temperamental at best
Thanks again mate, I'll cancel my flight to Panama ;)They had ace hosting as a uk registered company i think which opened them up to simple well understood and practiced legal avenues. Users and those who resold to a few mates though don't need to run away just yet though hehe. Even those who were big resellers will be fine due to the hassle of linking the credits to iptv usage in a legal framework. The prem will be happy with their score and scare tactic getting publicity, ace owners avoid jail, everybody is happy, in a way.
Exodus hasn't been maintained for a while now mate, yes you'll see new movies etc but far better options /forks are available, placenta, incursion being just a coupleSorry if this has been asked / answered, I'm not exactly mr current affairs. I've, somehow, fooked my computer!!
I'd bought a computer from an acquaintance, which is what I put Kodi on. Been seeing something pop called 'Sid Meier's Civilisation Development VI', so tried to uninstall it, but it kept popping up on reboot.
So, I decided to go into 'safe mode' in Win 10 to uninstall, but the computer wouldn't activate 'Safe Mode' and now it stalls after 3-4 secs and doesn't show any kind of screen to work off! Created a Win 10 flash drive off this laptop I'm using, but my main computer doesn't boot up from it either, when inserted at any point.
What's happened to it? If anyone can help, that would be great!
Do you have another working pc in the home mate?
Could you not format your usb and make that a Windows usb with your old laptop?I have an old laptop I'm on.
Have you tried making a Linux usb with Ubuntu?Done that.
Put it into my computer usb slot hoping it would pick up the Win info from the usb.
Nothing. Nada.
Screen is totally blank! Not even the loading circle!
Keyboard lights up, but that's it!
Have you tried making a Linux usb with Ubuntu?
The first step is to get access to your files you need an os on a USB that is working simply put. Then we can worry about getting Windows back. How do I do that and will it help me get my computer back?
Got so much work on there!!

Can I ask what method you're using to make a Windows USB?
Strange.I used Win 10 Creation Tool straight onto USB.
I mean trying to get some stuff off the laptop that has been bricked.Files from my computer? I can manoeuvre some stuff around on flash drives.
No external though.

If you don't have any way to recover your important files then that could make it tricky.
What I would do in your situation:
1) Make a Linux usb and copy and paste your old files onto something external (Even Google drive would do if they're not big files)
2) Completely wipe your usb and make a Windows 10 usb and install windows from that
Go to Ubuntu's website on your old working laptop, download the latest iso. And, therein, lie the rub.
I can't even see ANYTHING on screen to allow me copy anything on my computer!
Like I said 3-4 secs and it's a black screen after. Lights are on (but not reacting after 3/4 secs), keyboard lights up and that's it.
So, not sure how I'm supposed to load Ubuntu, if the computer won't react!

Once you've done that let me know
No problem. Plug a usb and wipe it with a formatDone 5 mins ago, sorry.
