Most players struggle to settle in to the prem quickly. Salah was the obvious exception but look at Gundogan/Silva for us. Even Laporte to
a degree. Usually takes a season or so. Liverpool are miles off currently.
 
Fabinho is a quality signing especially with Keita already added, their midfield is looking strong for next season.

They will be our nearest challengers next season the way they’re going.

Maybe they will - not signed sealed and delivered yet. If it falls through I hope Fekir is ready for the death threats.

would be £169m without addressing the GK or CB. Alisson/Oblak would cost £50m+, perhaps considerably more.

I understand they got an insane £106m (initially) for Coutinho but a chunk of that has gone on Van Dijk

Alisson and Oblak would both cost considerably more than 50m especially with their GK situation
