I have an opinion. You have yours. We differ so what! There's a lot of angry people on this thread hell bent on belittling the views of others. Im not a massive fan of Mahrez. I don't think he will be an automatic first team player. Similarly I'm not a big fan of Gundowan but it is clearly apparent on this forum that if you dare to question any player City have bought or are interested in buying some on here are so opinionated and aggressive they just try and shout you down.

It was the same on here when people questioned Bravo early last season. The same bunch of people shouted anyone down who dared to say they thought he wasn't up to the job. Its interesting that you rearly get the same attitude at the match. I can sit next to other season ticket holders each game and we can discuss our thoughts on players . But on here the keyboard warriors are like a dog with a bone. Just waiting to be called a rag, that usually comes next doesn't it? Lol

And rightly so that we "walked" last time.
However Mahrez was told that he could leave in the summer and from what I understand,the sum of money being quoted would not be as high.

Definitely a bit more comfortable with this because no other club in the fray and Leicester are a lot more reasonable than Spurs or Napoli.

There was no way we'd sell you our best player for 60M in the middle of the season without even having the time to find a proper replacement. That's why we put an incredibly high price.

Now things are different, it's early in the window, we got a new RB and we're about to sign Maddison and/or maybe Grealish. Others might come with Mahrez's money. Riyad is hell bent about going to your club and we're certainly not going to hold on an unhappy player, no matter how good he is.

Our ITK as well as yours said the deal is done and will probably be announced either tomorrow or early this week. The BBC reported that both clubs are closing in to an agreement and they're not known to spread gossips.
