At times last year watching Chelsea, it seemed as if their plan was to shore up defense, pass it to Hazard and let him do whatever he wants on the pitch. Worked out OK a lot of the time.

There were times when they played everyone behind the ball and just played Hazard in an advanced position- he ended running around like an idiot - usually to little effect. His body language suggested he hated it.

That swap might work out well for both players and clubs. Sterling seems intimidated at times by the Liverpool hate fest. That might moderate if he moves on again.
