I've not chosen to take a proven liar's words over the club? I've not mentioned ADL once...I'm taking about a brief from the club saying Chelsea interest is "ruse" and player has had no contact....Why would we brief anything if he was heading to Manchester? If/when he is holding up a Chelsea shirt, maybe we can have this conversation again, as it will confim the pictures/reports of him saying goodbye and video of him at the airport reportedly destination London were correct and the brief was wrong, unless you want to argue that Chelsea didnt contact him until after the brief went out yesterday?

This wasnt meant to be a full on criticism of the club, even if you and others want to turn it into that....I've already said I dont blame them if we miss on Jorginho. I and a few others have just pointed out "they feel" the brief was a mistake.

Mate, with these sorts of numbers it's inevitable someone gets their nose put out. I reckon he's had his head turned because of his loyalty to Sarri.
 
As an aside here's Chelsea's fan channel take on Conte / Sarri / Jorginho. Nothing remarkable. Just a CFC fans take in recent Chelsea news which of course we now have an interest in



The guy on the right (in the video not the image link before any of you get clever!) is a Mail Journalist. Counts as ITK. Generally reliable

They think Jorginho is a done deal.

Pretty sure that yesterday De Laurentis actually admitted shaking hands with Khaldoon on a deal. In which case it's a hellish risky strategy on his part unless Jorginho has changed his mind.
 
Not sure where he fits in at Chelsea, arn't they well stocked in center midfield and sarri is not a defensive style manager

If/when we get confirmation that he's signed with Chelsea, it will confirm that it was incorrect to brief Chelsea's interest was "ruse" and player had no contact with them, Would you agree if he's holding up a Chelsea shirt, then he/his agent must have had contact with them and Chelsea's interest couldnt have been a "ruse"?

Btw, I understand we have transfer offices in London too, that said, as mentioned earlier, think he's had his head turned at the death - or maybe it's been in the picture for ages which accounts for the delay in closure - mmmmmmm.

Sorry but there is nothing in there to say Joginho is actually signing for them - this week at any rate.

If he is going to them there will be a definitive story in the press without the words "could", "sources" or "rumour" in the story. There isn't one so far today and that's for definite.

He also hasn't been anywhere near a hospital for a medical today. It would have leaked to Chelsea fourni's in the press.

The only agenda I have is to watch enjoyable football, and the club's been delivering that in spades.
 
I know nothing is by any means conclusive, however I’d be astonished now if he didn’t sign for Chelsea.

Surely we’d have heard from his agent to set the record straight if we were still in the running?

Perhaps City released that story because we were talking to Jorginho's agent - maybe Jorginho himself. We just don't know. The story from City does indicate insider knowledge though.
