Pep makes mistakes too...nolitooooo haha not arsedIn truth, I'd never even noticed him when we played Napoli. I'd never heard of him before we posed our interest. But if Pep wants him, in Pep I'll trust. Hopefully we have alternative targets lined up & ready to roll.

I take all three to flopYeah interesting that those 3 players Jorginho, Fred, Fabinho all ended up at our closest title rivals for next season.
Probably two of them will turn out extremely good for their teams and one will be flop no idea which one.

Fuckin hell. SSN have just said Napoli pulled out of a deal to sell us Jorginho & told him he HAD to sign for Chelsea.
They said as recently as 48 hours ago, Jorginho made it clear he wanted Manchester, but ADL said no, go to Chelsea or else.
Apparently the extra money Chelsea have paid is the exact amount of Sarri's compensation fee!! City have accused Napoli of being utterly unprofessional in their dealings with us.
If true, just WOW!

we might have but we wont pay over the odds for them. With any seller club now knows missing out on Jorginho could have a our pocket burning with money and not that much time to left for negotiating, they are going to try to charge extra if we bid for their players.
And then there is also chance of a rival bidding higher just like happened a few times recently.

Like I posted the other day, presumably Chelsea/Sarri will go nowhere near any other Napoli players now, it was obvious what ADL wanted out of this. A few journos in Italy called it weeks or so ago.
Win some lose some, Chelsea offered more and got him in the end. We have probably done the same to others many times.
Frustrating since we apparently had it all wrapped up with the player ready to join before Napoi got an improved offer but unless they have broken some contract I dont see how we can be mad at them for accepting more money for a player who wants to leave.
