Hazard is a hell of a lot better than neymar so they are well within their rights to ask for more than £200m.

I am not sure at all KDB would step in as an agent.
Hazard is a good individualist, great ball control. Bit like Alexis in the old days.
But not the team player I'd prefer.
I've seen SO many first class counter attacks during the World Cup being fucked up by Hazard
by sloppy or bad timed passes (or no pass at all..) that I honestly won't want him for City.
His cheating doesn't really help as well.

You can’t just go off figures. I bet more of Sane’s and Sterling’s were in tight spaces against packed defences. We averaged 66% possession last season compared to their 54% - teams come out to play against ChelseaBest dribbler in the world

He's better than them with my eyes too. Our wing is where we have space, it's centrally that is packed.
