As an attacker no - but as a midfielder and defender he's very good. His ability to chip pass breaks the gangenpress as the restriction on channel passing no longer applies. Similarly for beating the defence in depth. The chip pass for a header would give us another option.
Water under the bridge though.
Delph will do pretty well in relieving Fern in standard games I think. It does restrict our chances in the CL a bit though.

Not worried in the slightest....they still won't finish top4 even with Sarri and jorginho....in my opinion of course, don't think I rated jorginho as highly as some did though.

Not worried either. We had our valuation and Chelsea/Napoli/sarri/abramovich had theirs. I’ll take our side of it. Games on games on games.

However, Hazard has said (during the past season) "KDB is the best player in the league". If there was any bitterness, I'd doubt he would say such a positive, even if that my be a fact.

I didn't either. Appreciate what players of his Ilk bring, but not my style of a player.
 
Don’t matter what Chelsea want if Hazard wants to leave he can just say I ain’t signing a new contract if you don’t sell me but I’ll give 100% while me contracts runs down!

So he will be sold

I said they weren't great mates not that they hated each other.

Kompany was our club captain and the Belgium captain when Hazard first went to Chelsea so I doubt any international colleagues will sway his decision.

Like most rankings your man on the street will see one item of data that he personally doesn’t like and declare the whole dataset as crap. Transfermarkt suffers from this more than most.

However there have been many academic and objective studies of the values often to show the “wisdom of the crowd” theory.

They all conclude that the actual values are reasonably and significantly accurate and many prediction models are often improved by the introduction of their data. The data tends to be updated every 6 months so it can often be slightly out of date but in general the difference between values in terms of percentage remains very accurate. In particular the summation of each clubs top 18 players gives a very accurate assessment of squad strength (we are second in the World behind Barca as of today)

So maybe somewhat surprisingly the ratings are considered very good and,as you can imagine, are used by agents....when it suits them.

CIES offer quite good ones too based on technical data rather than wisdom of the crowd.

Imagine he will stay - with seri and jorginho on the way in. Unless of course, real madrid... Don't think city has enough allure to swap "rivals." Chelsea project is back to appealing.

The project may be to a lot of players but it’s going to require Hazard to up his game and his work rate, Mourinho tried that once and ended up getting the sack. Sarri can’t afford a poor start or the players not buying straight into his method.

Chelsea will see taking a potential 200mil deal for Hazard and Courtois as very good business.

Mourinho lost his dressing room after publicly humiliating a member of his medical team... you can also see the correlation in his current team. People don’t run through walls for someone who is liable to point the finger when his back is against the wall.
