Just watch us sell Zinchenko to Wolves when our left backs are an injury-prone young Frenchman and an injury-prone central midfielder.
I think we got 5 options. Mendy, Delph, Danilo, Laporte (who did play there last season in a game) or 3 at the back. It should be enough.

He fell behind Danilo and Laporte at left back too, he'll not be missed there.

Or anywhere on the pitch, sorry to be blunt.

Yeah because Zinchinko is pretty woeful when it actually comes to defending. I think Laporte may be ahead of Danilo and one of the reasons we didn't go for Bertrand at LB. Laporte is left footed which Pep likes and good on the ball and defending. He's a CB, but can play LB in a pinch. He or Danilo can be used how Zinchenko was last season.

If we dont sell him now for 16m next summer we will struggle to get 5m for him and will loan him somewhere and ends up like Denayer probably. If it wouldnt be a PL club as a buyer that 16m would be closer to 5m otherwise.

Dont think he is much better than Agelino or Maffeo whom we got 5m and 9m from PSV/Stuttgart.

I wish the best for Zinchenko he is a good guy has some talent but honestly he wont play much if he stays even making the bench would be very hard for him. Playing 20/30 PL games in Wolves is much better for his future. And if he cant be a regular at Wolves than the 16m is a great deal for us...

Agreed,he won't get game time here and if he doesn't,we won't get that amount.
As for People saying what if Players get injured??
You cannot control injuries but that doesn't mean we keep 4 alternatives for each position,no team has does that .

We should consider selling Zinchenko Roberts and Denayer and maybe even Mangala in next few hrs which will be good for them too

I think we can still sell players after 5 today just not sign any so Roberts, Denayer and Mangala have a few days left for foreign teams

£16m is great business.

Interested to see where they play him. Hopefully in midfield.

his place is a left midfield or attacking winger and can play left back so cover in 3 places means he will stay

If he goes early today we could expect an incoming midfield player. If we still have him early afternoon nothing happening as he will be part of plan B for Ferno.

He is in Wolverhampton now according to local intelligence.

Same clauses as per recent sales is my guess.
I.e. Buy back clause at around £24m or half the sell on fee above £16m.

We have agreed a fee with Wolves, the only way the kid stays is if he cant agree personal terms.

if its up to the player on a move and if the club don't want him then yes he will leave but the club are saying you can stay if you want maybe game time will be a big ask this season with mendy full fit and injury free, so i see no pressure on the player to move by the club and its all down to how he feels about being a squad player or go to wolves and maybe start in the first team

Good luck to him, i like him and think he will have a really good career. Seems a good charachter to have around as well and all the players seemed to get on well with him so he will be missed i'm sure. A good move for his career i think as wolves look like they are building a very exciting young side.
