De Bruyne injury - Back in Training (p89)

Less frustrating than Belgium breaking him on the international break I suppose. In fact we should consider sending him there broken like Kompany was and their doctors can miraculously heal him and pass him as fit to play.

Who really knows how long it'll be until the scans but better to prepare for the worst rather than to expect the best. Knee injuries are bad, who's to say this isn't a 6 month job like Mendy or Gundogan

My first reaction was.....................Shit, why does this always happen to us !!!
On reflection, although really bad luck, if he was going to get injured then this is not the worst time.
Several (on paper) easier games coming up together with the International break, and going on the previous scaremongering from the gutter press, they have probably decided to grossly exaggerate the time out !!
 
If it's that bad an injury you don't put a pair of pants on, a sock and a trainer.
In fact you stay at home or in hospital.
After mendys injury I think we'd be wrapping them in cotton wool at the slightest whiff of a bad injury.
I'm thinking his medial ligament has ruptured, 6 weeks top.
If there is any hint of the ACL gone or going he's at home with no pressure on the joint at all.
 
Terrible on the one hand but what an opportunity for the likes of Foden...
We should have enough depth in our squad to cope with this

You are obviously a WUM, you have gone from 4 months to 6 months in your last two posts, get a life idiot.
 
Three positives I’m taking from those photos
1) Kev will know himself if he’s picked up a really bad injury and if he had he wouldn’t want to be out in public
2) if it was a really bad injury the club and the medics wouldn’t allow him to be out and about
3) he’s bending his knee. From personal experience if it was a ruptured ACL you have zero mobility in the knee

This makes no sense, I am just quoting what people are speculating, is that a sin? Serious knee injuries are a 6 month on the sidelines thing, and nobody knows how serious it is until the scans come in. People are known to play and walk after doing their ACL and only getting the real pain hours later or the day after.
