In the States they also pull you over for speeding and therefore the driver is known at the time of the offence.Over here in the states they usually give you around 5 miles latitude. Except in school zones, they are crazy about those. 10%+2 is more than fair. Just drive under the limit and you'll be fine. How hard is it?
