Clear roads both times. One at 8 on a Friday night. Yes my own fault, but just a jog over the speed limit

Over here in the states they usually give you around 5 miles latitude. Except in school zones, they are crazy about those. 10%+2 is more than fair. Just drive under the limit and you'll be fine. How hard is it?
