Top 6 mini league 18/19

7 points from Arsenal, Liverpool, and Spurs away is a better return than last season. Considering the circumstances of our draws, we so easily could be a perfect 10 for 10 right now.

So, the results and table after last night

Arsenal 0-2 City
Chelsea 3-2 Arsenal
Rags 0-3 Spurs
Spurs 1-2 Liverpool
Chelsea 1-1 Liverpool
Liverpool 0-0 City
Chelsea 2-2 Rags
Spurs 0-1 City

The mini league table stands like this:

City - played 3, points 7
Liverpool - played 3, points 5
Chelsea - played 3, points 5
Spurs - played 3, points 3
Rags - played 2, points 1
Arsenal - played 2, points 0

You wouldn’t be that surprised if the actual table looks like that at the end of the season.

And our 3 games were all away

Pretty impressive that we took 12/15 points away against the rest of the top six last year, even more impressive to think we could still take 13/15 this year.

Just a quick question, but why are the raggies in there?

Based on last year’s top 6

:)
Not having a go a you, C i L, I knew the answer when I asked the question. But it's this history thing again. Why live in today's world when you can have the rags in. And if they dont make top 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 do the rules get chaged to keep them in again? I think we all know the answer .

Might have to replace Manure with Bournemouth especially if they lose on Saturday at their place.

Early days but already it looks like Tottenham and Arsenal don't have the depth to make a challenge this year.

If Utd replace Jose early enough they are a sniff for top four but no more than that.

I suspect they will keep him on until they exit the Chumps League this season.
