Football Lads and Lasses against Facism

Here's a statement from a member of the organisation.

An FLAF member from Birmingham – who asked not to be named – told Metro.co.uk: ‘For too long right wing fans have had their own way, what we need is firms who will turn up and fight them at marches, demonstrations and football matches. ‘The language they understand is violence and we have to fight fire with fire, just like the Anti-Fascist League did in the 1970s against the National Front.’

It's just another ANTIFA BAMN organisation who are as bad if not worse than the people they brawl with.
 
Whilst I do not condone any violence I find it strange that as soon as this thread was posted a quote from an unamed person advocating violence was posted as a reply. It is almost as if Yaxley Lennon was a member on here.
Racism and the bile spewed by The National Front and all it's sub divisions should never be tolerated by anyone. We must be one of the most multi cultural clubs in the league, Manchester City's Jewish fans embraced Bert trautman when other fans did not want him to play for us, we had some of the first black players and we have proud working class traditions. We now have Muslim owners and yet some still seem to have 'sympathy' for the Far Right.
It is indeed a strange world.

I don't support political thugs from any side, keep this nonsense out of football.

Did it ever occur to you that automatically accusing all of those who don't fervently join your cause of having "sympathy with the far right" all the time might be why you don't get support?
