One of the reasons why we lost last year was, of course, not taking our chances in the first half. Another was the fact that Rowan Atkinson pulled us up for everything even fouls that didn’t exist and allowed the rags to get back at us.

If you want an early indication on how we will play next Sunday, look at how we played against dippers and spuds. Far more defensive than we usually play.

The only reason we lost that was that we came out second half with our pipes and slippers on as it was unthinkable that a team who played so badly in the first could ever be any kind of threat.

Atkinson also failed to give City two nailed on penalties and red card Young. Saying that, though, we should have wrapped the game up by half time.

I thought we were done out of 3 penalties Kun and Raz brought down in the area and when Young on the floor put his arm at full stretch to handball in the area to take the ball away from Raheem.

Come unstuck tomorrow and next week, 3 pts behind us !!!!

Despite ther heroic win against a recognised top 6 rivak yesterday, suprisingly some papers are reporting instead that it is Sanchez's wages that are preventing them from tieing down De Gea and Martial for longer. If so, confirmation of the complete lack of foresight at that club, which can only be good for us.

Can see a new manager in and a clearout come summer, hopeuflly selling off players under value and bringing in more overhyped dross.

How long before they are referred to as a 'sleeping giant'? Or will they continue to pretend this is all just a dream and when they wake up they'll be the greatest team in the world again, just like their duvet cover says?

It wont be long before they are hiding behind the couch when the rent man comes knocking, they appear to be stretched pretty thin and a few more lean years should see them in the poor house hopefully.

Tony marshall wants half a million pound a week wages parity with sanchez after 4 good games this season..?.hmm...seems fair to me as the striker who turned City down has had 4 good games in his whole utd career.
Phil jones agent has noted the benchmark and cleverly earmarked the start of the next decade for the players next contract negotiations.

Is he still at the rags then?
;-)

A few rags arses are twitching.

One just told me they aren't going to the match as they expect a dry bumming at ours.
