3 arrested in connection with Paul Massey's murder

Been reading about it last few days,112 different people could have been involved with the murder in some way. what a way to live or die though .None of these criminals involved seem to be super rich or live a lifestyle to be envious of, most have either spent many years in prison or on the run or in fear off getting arrested or battered or worse from a rival faction.

Boyle says he had no clue who Kinsella was before his death and had never heard how he "came in to assist" when Steven Gerrard "got in trouble".

The defendant, from Salford, today confirmed he was a football fan, before Mr Wright asked: "Do you have the slightest interest in any connection with Liverpool?"

Boyle laughed and said "not at all," before adding: "I’ve actually got a big tattoo down my side saying MUFC [Manchester United Football Club].”

These 2 are being transported between strangeways and Liverpool every morning and every evening. The convoy passed me on the east lancs the other night. Approx 6 police range rovers, 4 bikes and the prison van

I dread to think what this is costing the tax payer

The reason why they are in Strangeways is because it has a Category A prisoner wing.
HMP Liverpool (Walton) does not have one.

None of them are super rich due to the fact someone/something else is the ones pulling the strings but never identified

A certain chief of police and political group come to mind

i think they'll be found not guilty theres not enough evidence to prove who pulled the trigger, being in the area at the time of the killings proves nothing really.

Circumstantial evidence
Justice Davis says this case depends on circumstantial evidence.

Nobody can say they saw the killer at the time of the murders and can identify them.

No one heard or saw them planning the shooting.

Neither of them has confessed.

The prosecution relies on various strands of evidence,e which taken together they say prove the case.

The prosecution say hey can prove a series of events and circumstances and the only rational explanation is each defendant is guilty.

They say the possibility of coincidence is so unlikely you can reject it.

The defence says two things, first the prosecution cannot prove all the matters on which they rely, and second the matters that can be proved have got explanations or are the result of simple coincidence.

They have to accept the prosecution proposition before using circumstantial evidence to convict.

The whole case is built on circumstantial evidence, be very hard to find them guilty I reckon. They will end up getting taken out one way or another anyway that is a life sentence.

i always wonder with things like this shooting of a gang leader or ( so called gang leader ) that when you are living the life then you will die in the same way ??? look its simple gangs and the top dog's are knowing time is short and the up and coming want your power there is always somebody else on the up and they need a spanner in the works to give them the credit to put the fear of god and watch the rats jump from the sinking ship

why people like reading about this sort of thing is FATE? we sit and smile at the news that one of the underworld has taken one more of its so called legends and they think its really is a different world to the one we live in, BUT its on your doorstep and its easy to find and from the corner shop to the local pub its run by the underworld, the streets are now a postcode war zone and dare you come and cross the line

even the little scallies of the age 8 are now running around with knifes and law and order is out the window because of this so called POWER OF A GANG MEMBER the police lost the streets years ago and we all wonder why when somebody like (paul massey) can put the fear of god and take the law into there own hands and the police have little to none hope of defending you the public,

MANCHESTER lost control in the early 1990's and gang culture was the new indie thing to hit the streets and clubs and pubs and people loved it and from clothing to caps and trainers it was cool to own something to a logo of (guns) or (knifes), it was big money, but the real underworld was and is still the drugs the power of moving drugs a round the city

so the story of MR BIG SHOOTING is not really news to you and me other than we sit and smile at this court case, BUT THE REAL truth is he was the founder of how we live our lives today and in fear of scallies of such a young age running around without any fear of stabbing somebody or shooting somebody, AND WHY we ask ?? well its all down to the likes of the mr big of this world and the police letting them rule the UK

ancoats thats all very well but i'm willing to bet given the chance well meaning people on a the rough estates could sort the gang cultures out in weeks if they were given immunity for doing so..

not anymore its far to deep and people will just turn a blind eye and shut the door on you??? the community spirit gone and the police would never back you with immunity because some of them are involved at the top in gang crime, money changes hand to get things lost or for some information to fall in the wrong hands ???

the government and local PM,s should have done a lot more and do something about it in the late 1980s early 90s and tougher laws on gang crime, and the police should have been doing the doors at clubs and pubs and not let gang members run riot on the doors drug dealing and sell there shit for Mr Big??? the police knew all about the crime going on in all the major cities with door men, but they did nothing they turned a blind eye to crime because it was far to much hard work and would say the police forces was being cut and under founded to fight the night scene going on in the UK

major gangs could print there own money with buying and selling drugs in clubs and manchester had the biggest and best club scene in the uk and people was coming from all over the UK, money was dripping out of the pockets of the gang members we are not talking small change but BIG MONEY and all was done without any questions asked by the law

i was in and around sankeys in the mid 1990s and seen some really bad shit and after hacienda was shut down it was sankeys the main night club and 3 rival gangs wanting a piece of the pie and control of the door, and i kid you not it was like a war zone even the police once just sat back and let them fight over the door (gunfight at the o.k. corral) was not only in the movies but on jersey st, in ancoats on a saturday night

I won’t name the man but one from a notorious family told some scrote to stop giving a mate of mine grief in a pub. He immediately apologised and sat down. Everyone seemed to respect his word (although goodness knows what he’d been behind.)

I’m not overly bothered if they get off with it. They’ll get shot themselves if they’re not in prison. Boyle is a piece of shit scum fan from Ordsall with MUFC in big letters all down his side.
