Walker all day for me. Zaha is fucking rapid but he’s still in Walker’s back pocket from last season’s game at theirs. Handled him really well.

The main drama imo is wtf to do with Mahrez. He’s had flashes of brilliance but been nowhere near his Leicester level. Do we persist so he plays into form? or give him the heave-ho for a few games as he just isn’t delivering?

Has a look of ‘not sure I’m good enough to be here’ about him imo.

Stats are only part of the story. He’s been bobbins for most of the games this season but does come up with the goods occasionally. At Leicester he was fucking running games and wreaking havoc all over the show. Seems a shadow of himself imo.

Not sure what you mean by him learning. He’s a premier league and POTY winner. He should be well past the ‘learning’ phase.

Give the man a break.
If you watch the edited highlights he created and got away three good shots on goal, he was our most productive attacker in that respect. OK maybe he should be putting at least one of them away but no need to be concerned at this stage.
Remember Bernardo last season, it took him a while to settle in and now look at him.

No not the same,gabby has had a long time under pep in comparision,mahrez has been here 3/4 months and is scoring and assisting whilst finding his feet and learning a style so far removed from what he is used to
