True, but it was their fullback who had the space. Sterling should have tracked him. We killed their usal game which is hitting the channels early for mane and salah.

You’ve assessed it dead right tactically and it was great decision making from Pep to pick he right players to hold that flat back four. It gave us fewer overloads going forward of course but stopped them. What Klopp did was flood central midfield which stopped us coming out from Ederson and straight through the lines, as we normally do. But that created space in the wide areas which we exploited well.
