Just like we did for the FA Cup final tickets against Stoke.
That was the best 7 hour queue I ever stood in. It really was good fun
chatting with blues young & old.
But then again I'm old enough to remember token sheets! ;-)

I had to give up at 9AM after 20 minutes waiting on the phone, but just now it took me 6 minutes to get through and sorted.

Only problem was, the junior pull throughs weren't working but he reserved the seats I chose and said he push through the transaction when its up and running. Bit sceptical, I'll be keeping an eye on it

Of course the only thing with buying over the phone is that it costs an extra £2.50 per ticket !!!

No wonder there are so many Blues ringing me asking to join our Supporters Club! I’ve told them they aren’t eligible for tickets for the best past of a season
 
Just got mine now. Seamless. Well impressed that I can select the exact seats rather than block. Massive improvement on previous years where you can select the block but get given a random seat and row.

Wish we could do the same mapping for away tickets
 
Must have been answered before but anyone know how many ST holders are on the League Cup scheme?

Is the website like the charity shield booking where you were limited in what you could pick (the previus wembley finals it gave more choice online, such as the row and block to choose albeit from a ltd amount, but for the shield they didn't even say that as it was the "new" ticketing website!)

For people ringing up - can you ask for a specific row and block (or even seat no!), we used to pick online but after last years problem at the final where a cluster of people at the front near the posh seats (ie not behind the goal but near the dugouts) stood up throughout, despite no one around them doing so. Mum is on crutches and cannot stand, they just gave her a load of jip. So for the shield we picked row 15 on the phone instead of 8 :(
 
Just bought 2 tickets for block 125 online. Very smooth process - able to choose exact seats. Very impressive. Makes a nice change!
 
Had to phone up so that I could get a ticket for my son at the same time, as you can't do that online (he's obviously got less loyalty points than me). Took about ten minutes queuing on the phone before I got through, not too bad at all.

Yes, when you ring up you get to pick the exact seat(s) you want.

From what people are saying it looks like now you can do this online too - saving yourself the £2.50 booking fee per ticket.

Next time (FA Cup Final) I'll do it online.
