How do you find out how many points you've got - I'm struggling to log on to my citizens account.
Am I likely to have enough do you know, as a Gold Season Cardholder for the last 2 seasons but having used up zero points over the period? I'm not in cup scheme
I thought I'd have no chance but the requirements may be getting into my ballpark over coming days? Sorry to sound thick but hoping me and son age 15 with same seasoncard as me might stand a chance? Anyone got an educated guess, much appreciated.

You need to log in to your Cityzen’s account mate. Google Man City tickets. Click on the link for the Club’s ticket site (or enter the website address in the browser if you can remember it). Click on the link for How to Buy tickets and then click on the image of the person’s head on the top right hand corner of the screen. The first time you do it you need your Supporter Number and Password. Your ticket points will be listed.

For 2 years season tickets you probably have about 1.4k.
You will be able to buy at 3pm on Friday when it goes to all other season ticket holders.
Im in the same situation btw. So consensus is that we should be ok to buy on Friday?
that is a bit poor of the club allowing big numbers to be bought before others get a chance to get just one!
