Always been the case to a certain extent and I think most of us don't go for the football alone, but there does seem to be new 'type' of young city fan you see at away games, many not brought up on City and dont live in Manchester but have just decided that's how they want to spend their weekends. Remember seeing some at arsenal away, all from somewhere like swindon and no city connection at all but it was a just an excuse to go and get pissed with their mates somewhere different. Saw a group from the midlands somewhere another time. Obviously it's a minority but just something I've noticed since the success. And I don't just mean blues from elsewhere in UK who have chose to support city for whatever reason, we've always had those, I mean groups who are going for the away day specifically rather than for City. Not suggesting it's the hem causing trouble, just an observation
I have only ever gone for the football.
