When I was a student - I went to “Rockshots” in Newcastle Upon Tyne before the ‘Toon’ played at home a few times - we are talking Jack Charlton at the helm - so early 1980s. Remember they had loads of strippers and they used to ask people to refrain from throwing beer mats at the girls. Who incidentally were nearly all called “Angel”. Happy days.... lol.

First club in town was Foo Foo's after a night of fighting with utd. Managed to blag our way in, ended up on a mini bus back to Wrexham with a hen party. I got layed in Wales and City slapped utd. Top night.
