Belle Vue on a Friday night when I was 16. The upstairs used to have a ballroom dancing club going on and the ladies doing the ballroom dancing used to come in afterwards looking for the young blokes. A old mate of mine ( ended up as the drummer of Leftfield ) used to have a night ( punk, Bowie , early electronic etc) on at a gay club on Margate seafront @ '80/'81 , can't for the life of me think of the name of the place.

Was 15... It was my sisters bday she was 19 and my older cousins took me in and I has about 4 pints sniff of barmaids apron and u was hammered... Cousins had to take me home in a taxi and put me in bed
