I don't know in what world you are living mate but PSG are under FFP investigation since summer 2017 and it has still not ended.
PSG had to sell all their bench players in the process and are still not clear due to UEFA moving goal post during the investigation. The only reason you don't hear more about UEFA is because PSG appealed to the TAS, effectively putting the investigation to a pause.

Meanwhile City is not even under investigation because they are not suspected to have broken the "break even" rule. UEFA is just considering lauching an investigation if they could prove those documents are true, which they cannot.

I don't think anyone except City and UEFA know the full specifics and wording of that deal. I'm sure City's lawyers would have pushed incredibly hard for wiping the slate clean, but AFAIK everyone saying that's the case that they can't go back to pre-2014 is just assuming it and doesn't know for certain.

I think i saw an UEFA official say that they can punish a team that had already been judged if they have new information of wrongdoing.
Don't forget it is UEFA we are talking about. They can modify their rules however they want to suit the agenda of the day.

We all know that this whole thing is a mascarade, a big farce. Since when is investing in your own business a crime ? And the journalist reporting it as City and PSG doing illegal things are equally guilty for spreading misinformation. Some people in France were calling for PSG to be stripped of their trophies because of that biaised reporting. They don't even realize that by French law and Ligue 1 rules, the owner could even directly give 1 trillion € and it would be perfectly normal.

About your interrogation about the recurrence of these news, the ones from France (Mediapart) are really acting as if they have the undisputable truth. Their ego is so big that they published articles about their own Football Leaks articles, wondering how come nothing came out of that whereas they themselves had concluded that only a european ban would be enough retribution for our actions.

He’s convinced that Pep is off to Serie A and we will get banned which will force him out.

He ended by saying he preferred the Glazers to the Sheiks because ‘at least they know what the Glazers are up to.’

No one knows what the Glazers are up to because United are based in the Cayman Islands and they won't know till someone hacks into their emails. The witchunt only includes City and PSG at the moment.

I blocked him few months ago even though I dont follow him he just kept popping up in my timeline with bitter bullshit oh blocked Castle for the same reason.

Thing with this is, Rui Pinto is under arrest. He's admitted that he didn't hack all the documents, some were gifted by persons currently unknown obtained by methods unknown. The assumption is that they were stolen on behalf of certain agents with their own agenda
