It couldn't be that Rui "public interest" Pinto has tried to blackmail City, could it?
If he has it would explain City's response AND the silence and lack of enthusiasm of UEFA.

Karl and Uli would be my bet or maybe David, or a fella called Sandro... or all of them
They're not that sneaky tbf, more likely to be Barca, Real or the dippers.Be piss funny if there were payments that could be traced back to a certain club not a million miles away from here.....
You’d have to think that he couldn’t have been doing it all off his own back and he was getting some “support” from somewhere. Christ, that could turn out to be the biggest story of the lot!

That's my guess. They'd be paying it through an intermediary or an account in Panama though. And opaque though that may seem it wouldn't take long for the true origin to become apparent.

Don't think they did in the end.The same Real our owners have helped out financially?

Naming rights for the new stadium, which seems to have been shelved.Ah right, I stand corrected. Thought I read it was something to do with helping them with a stadium or training ground building programme or revamp was it?
Where he'd be treated with all respect and courtesy and definitely wouldn't have a red hot poker shoved up his arse.Let's hope when they extradite him, his plane makes an unscheduled stop in Abu Dhabi.

Hahahaha “we are heading to Portugal via Abu Dhabi”Let's hope when they extradite him, his plane makes an unscheduled stop in Abu Dhabi.
We’re in trouble I fear. Along with potentially many others. The FFP rules were crafted to maintain the old cartel and that forced clubs like us to bend the rules. They needed breaking and they need to go but if people at the club were dumb enough to put all this in unencrypted emails then my guess is a transfer ban and squad size penalties are on the way.Can anyone tell me if we are actually in trouble or if it's just that UEFA and the cartels are trying to screw us over? Thanks.
