This will not be an easy game, especially with Super Kev not being available. Need to play Bernardo in a central role with Sane on the left and Raz on the right. We can win for sure, but I don't it will be as easy as some think.

Is Fellani still on their books and what's happened to the great hope Sanchez?

They known they’re going to have to get a result as they’re not going to finish in Top 4 otherwise, so can’t see them resting any on Wednesday. They’ve got a gimme tomorrow at The Toffees and I think they’ll win comfortably.
We need to focus on winning one game at a time. We have to be really clever as they will score if we give them half a chance. Walker will need to be at his quickest to keep Rashford and Ratface quiet.

If they beat Everton, they can still get top 4 if we beat them imho

--------------Ederson--------

Walker-- Kompany-- Laporte-- Zinchenko(?)

----------------ferna

Sterling--- B. Silva--- D. Silva------ Sane

----------------Kun----------------

Think the pace of sterling and Sane to push their wide players back as well as exploit the space going forward is essential

Kun scares them to death so has to start.

Walker for pace in the wide areas

Only question is does Zincjeko helps us better to retain possession than Mendy but does Mendy's pace help us better.

Pogba is a threat regardless of what people say as are Rashford and the other forwards as they all have pace to exploit the way we play.

We must retain possession really well...wish we had KDB for it but that's highly unlikely. We gave possession ways in both spurs games an awful lot more than usual and they had numerous chances on quick turnovers....we cannot do that at the swamp

Are they suffering with injury problems at present anywhere?

I hope they give us a goal in the same way Gerrard did for Drogba back in 2010. Revenge.

I will forgive them.

It won't be easy. Still, the rags have an awkward game tomorrow and a crucial game against Chelsea next weekend, which is arguably more important for their top 4 prospects than the derby. Wouldn't surprise me if they go less than full strength on Wednesday.

All the BS the Rag fans and the press spout about Liverpool being their biggest competitor is simply that - BS.

For them this is is their biggest game of the season. They have nothing to play for but a possible top 4 finish and their pride. I am hoping our boys are rested and hungry.

I’m assuming KDB will be out so I’m hoping to see Fernandinho, Bernie and Merlin in the middle, Sergio, Leroy and Raheem up front. I can’t make my mind up about the centre back pairing. I love Stones and Laporte but I think Ota and Komps are big game players. Walker and Zinchenko at full back and Eddie in goal. I think that’s a winning team.

They way Aguero was subbed today tells me he’s starting ... Kompany comes in big games only these days and I won’t be surprised to see his name on the team sheet ... Foden isn’t starting this one, David Silva was given a rest exactly for this reason today ...

Fernandinho’s case is surprising for me ... he’s not started last two games and Gundo has come in ahead of him ... is Pep trying to get him (Gundo) to sign that new contract? I mean if Fernandinho is fit he should’ve started both these games and if he was there on Wednesday surely we’d have more control over our game play than the chaos we saw ...

The Rags will be playing on the break and which ever centre back pairing starts on Wednesday they will have to deal with a lone striker far better than they did with Son against Spuds , Stones looked a yard off the pace although Laporte did OK , definitely wouldnt play Stones against a rapid Rashford , would prefer Vinny he has lost some pace but his positional play and reading of the game is the best in the business. Its a win/win for the Rags , if they beat us they can say that they cost us the title , if they lose they can say the same to the Dippers , but either result will only confirm how small time the Rags have become .

I reckon we’ll line up like this, although Foden might have played himself into contention and Mendy could come back in.
