Our plan and game management was of the very highest standard. Pep knows what he's doing and very rarely gets it wrong.

Everyone was excellent and they all put a right shift in.

It's every game, now. Good job the players can handle it, because a lot of posters on here.
Many on the matchday thread have multiple faces and should be ashamed.

He cleared out a host of old players. It was more than a tinkering. They love to downplay how shit the Rags are now. Clutching at any straw and excuse.
 
What a big result today. That was as good as I have seen the Rags play in quite a few weeks and in the first half we were curiously out of sorts. After the forced change in the second half we were a different team. Gundo suddenly got more involved in the game and started to show more ambition. The movement of Sane, Sterling and Aguero up front started pulling the United defenders out of position and creating more space.

I have to say Gundo is a different player at DM and he could easily be Ferna’s long term replacement as long we have Bernie and either of Merlin or KDB alongside him.

A front line of Leroy, Sergio and Raheem looks by far our most potent option.

On to Burnley. It’s going to be a tough, physical game.

PEP We lost some balls in the middle of the pitch in the first half and they had counter attacks. We did well to win the game in the second half. Fortunately we made an incredible second half.

Great win , great effort especially in the last 60 minutes.

Hope Ferny is fine for Sunday as the " rest would do him good and I noticed he was upset at coming off which pleased me as I think he could have carried on.
 
PEP It's important to be calm. We are still not champions with three games left - it's incredible with the points we and Liverpool have. I told the players don't read tomorrow, don't watch the television, just rest and sleep a lot and go in there against Burnley.

PEP Both teams deserve the title. But it can be just one. The team that is going to lose can't have regrets because they have given everything. Normally with this kind of derby victory you can it enjoy it the most but we have to be calm.
