United (A) Post Match Thread

First half was poor but Fernandinho kept us going. We dealt with everything and then in the second half we looked great once the goal came and we settled into our passing game.

Sterling and Bernardo have been our best players recently but you can't discount Gundogan too who has played a big role in knitting it all together and never puts a foot wrong.

Defence had an okay game and VK never really settled until we were 2-0 up however he did enough and Laporte was excellent again. Zinchenko looks like he has played for us for years.

Overall it was a good team performance however I'd single out Bernardo for his workrate again, it is looking like he is going to win the league for us. He just looks outstanding coming inside off the right and is rightly keeping Mahrez out.
 
Absolutely Fantastic display from city, united are in turmoil with a player led dressing room and they think solskjaer is going to sort it?? Hilarious.

Think it was 0-0 when Sane came on, as Bernardo had pushed into the middle more rather than out wide.
 
Professional performance, was worried when Kompany got booked so early I have to be honest. Other than that, we dealt with everything very well indeed. Gundogan I thought was great, must be a tough one for the club with regards to his contract!

Aguero deserved that goal to seal it earlier, superb work off the ball.
 
i had my worries after the opening 15 but we settled eventually. 2nd half was great. Zinchenko coped well especially as they tried to overload him. Sterling a great outlet and both Silvas were great.

on United, Pogba is a waste of talent and time, Lingaard looks useless and Young cant pass. Fred needs to get out of that club as i believe he's a decent player in a terrible team.

squad is beginning to creak a little, keep going lads!!!

The ones on here that have been saying Silva is finished need to give their head a wobble
The club need to sort this Leroy situation out as he could be an unbelievable player

Solid performance and good result. 4 finals left.
 
Amazing result and puts us firmly in the driving seat. If we can see this out, it's a devastating blow to the whinging Scallies and you'd think it would be impossible for them to repeat this kind of title challenge next season.
As for Babyface, well if Mourinho can't sort out player revolts, what chance has he got ?
The future is Blue and mine's a treble.

He doesn’t drink James Milner, hopefully this title race will have led to him buying some Tesco value scotch and sitting in Stanley Park on a bench wondering how he got here.

Just clap with the rest of Peps witnesses. I will question him as long as I think he makes a mistake, because I care.
