I must admit Ajax have passed me by with City run in Champs but they look very good !

I think ten hag is much more system based than Jardim, although I'd say Jardim still shouldn't have left and there's a good reason they rehired him with their tails between their legs.

Whoever we go after will be a Cruyff/Pep disciple. It won't be a big name, it'll be someone Pep picks out as perfect stylistically. Ten Hag does everything we want a coach to do, so does Favre, Roger Schmidt is someone Pep's on record as thinking is brilliant but he needs to get back from China first. Arteta if he picks enough up.

Terrible that really, a good team destroyed in an instant and you are right the vultures will be all over this Ajax team and picking it clean.

Hopefully, we pick better this time ourselves.

They are competing for their own domestic title in a tight race. They don’t have the squad depth that we have. I really hope they win it. They are mesmerising when they attack, but defensively they are suspect in defence
 
Didn’t Pochettino come out after West Ham game saying bollocks about players being fatigued or whatever,once you start spouting that they start to believe that they are fatigued,try going deep in 4 competitions before complaining about players being tired ffs ..
