Its very noticeable how Barcelonas midfield + fullbacks link up together better and have more time and space than we do against liverpool.

3 seasons in, we've still got quite a lot of room to improve in that regard under Pep IMO.

I think next season will be a really interesting one with regards to where pep takes our side from here. It's around about now after 2 league titles he started experimenting more with Bayern and Barca

And as a result, Liverpool are slightly more scared of pressing Barca high than they are with us. Thus increasing their breathing space relative to ourselves.
