Had to pop in and quote this from RAWK:-

"If this season ends with us not winning anything, I honestly would consider taking a break from footie all together.

Just can't deal with so many heart breaks anymore, life is shit as it is and this was supposed to be a release not more additional pain."

Surely he knows next year is their year?

There is a sickening level of bias shown in the UK media yet again.

There is absolutely no chance that if City had dominated Barca for 2 whole halves and lost 3-0, let alone 15-20mins of huff and puff in the second half, after already being behind 1-0, that there would be this level of praise for a "gallant" City.

"They didn't take their chances, deserved what they got... could have been 5-0 in the end" is the exact path they would go down and we all know it. Oh how brave Liverpool were though, "played Barca off the park"... did they heck.

The fountain pusher 'Matty Mullen' was identified last night and yet there is no news of him being banned by Liverpool. perhaps they cannot identify him as they only have CCTV footage and fans naming him. Fiar play to Chelsea, they were informed that some daft sods were singing racist songs in a bar before their match and they stopped them from entering the ground and then banned them.

Perhaps Liverpool FC is twinned with Merseyside Police and both are cloned from those 3 monkeys, Here No Evil (unless it is said against scousers) See No Evil (if done by scousers) Speak No Evil (unless it is about Suarez, Lorius Carrius or rafa Benitez)

Merseyside Police and Liverpool FC in close cooperation to ensure justice is done but unfortunately are too busy still trying to figure out who threw that flare . . . two and a half weeks ago.

They aren't going to throw away the league over a 10% chance of winning on Tuesday. They will play anyone who is fit enough on Saturday and then do the same on Tuesday.

Agreed. The last time Klopp tried to put out a weakened team was away to Wolves. We all know how well that went.
Their fans are deluded enough to think they can get something onTuesday but I doubt Klopp is. We all know Barça will score - chances of the Dippers getting 5 goals are extremely remote.

Last time we went to the Nou Camp in 2016 we more than matched them before Bravo got sent off. Then it give the press an opportunity to push the idea that the keeper was s clown and playing out from the back was wrong. They were pretty wrong on the second part.

Barca could’ve had a pen and atleast 2 more. You’re suggesting Barca were lucky? Bar the missed sitter from Salah I don’t think Liverpool threatened seriously. Barca just defended well and always looked more dangerous.
What? haha where did I say Barca were lucky? Barca could have had 6 but my response was to the poster who said Liverpool created nothing which isnt true

Breaking news:
Matty Mullen has just attended at Huyton Police Station with his solicitor, his ma and a pancake. He denied being in Barcelona saying he had been in Liverpool the whole time looking for work .He also the alleged photo of him pushing a man into a fountain was photo shopped by a man known only as John Terry and the only reason his tee shirt was wet because his ma had just washed it.

The desk sergeant stated that clearly he was innocent and thanked him for the sleeve of Rothmans and the 24 pouches of tobacco.

I was always taught that 'God' moved in mysterious ways, his wonders to behold. I think he also had a penchant for getting back at sinners. Remember that coach that crawled to Anfield last season? Messi just needed one phone call from Pep and, WOW, sez Klippity!

Now all we need is a RAWK organised coach welcome party to remember at Anfield for Barca similar only worse than Citys and we can await the certain CL ban that will follow for daring to insult European Spanish Royalty.

You're spot on.

I've been watching the news threads and I've not heard one negative thing reported about Liverpool.

Despite losing 3-0 they'll take that plucky passion and never die attitude into the game against Newcastle and pick up all three points.

There will be no hangover from their CL defeat against Barcelona, in fact not only will they beat Newcastle comfortably they'll have the legs to overturn Barcelona in the 2nd leg and steam roll Wolves.

Here's bob with the weather!
