They said this to me:

Jamie has been reminded of the standards expected of him at Sky Sports, and
it has also been made clear to him that he is on a final warning.

He won't be able to help himself, so at some point they'll sack him!
Was this before or after he screamed "You little dancer" during a live commentary?

BBC News Last night before MOTD reporting on the women's cup final. They showed Bardsley's first half save, indicating West Ham were on to in the first half. Then they showed our goals. The second one came with the comment that it took a deflection. The third that killed the game off was described as fortuitous. The overall tone was that we were lucky and West Ham unlucky. I didn't think it was a fair and balanced report. In fact, I thought they showed clear favouritism towards our opponents.

During the women's cup final, anyone else hear the commentator (Pearce??) say " now manchester united are moving up through the gears" they just cannot help themselves!

They are starting to lump us in with Liverpool now.

Everything is a they or a we, in terms of the unbeaten run.

Sky said today both teams combined have won their last 20 Prem games, how relentless the pair have been.

Doesn't sound quite as impressive for Liverpool if they say City won 12 of those.

Apparently, also unbeaten since Jan.

I've lost count of the times I've said I was going to cancel but I definitely am after the Brighton game. I could have paid for my last three Wembley trips with the latest twelve months over priced subscription money.
Not just you mate but why people give these ****s money with all the IPTV stuff around never fails to amaze me.

Are we playing tonight or has it been cancelled?. You have to scroll down past endless rag, Arsenal, championship, cricket stories to find one about tonight's game on the Mail online site.
I think the media have come to a conclusion about City and it's to try and ignore us, they want us to go away, they want Sheikh Mansour to call it a day want us to go into freefall again. Bad news guys it's going to get a whole lot more painful for you because we're going nowhere soon, so keep on crying because we're loving it.

Impartiality lies at the heart of public service and is the core of the BBC’s commitment to its audiences. It applies to all our output and services - television, radio, online, and in our international services and commercial magazines. We must be inclusive, considering the broad perspective and ensuring the existence of a range of views is appropriately reflected".

Make your own mind up how impartial you think the BBC have been this season (or any other season in recent memory).

They're shockingly biased mate and not just in football, hate that organisation and resent paying the licence fee.

Daily Fail online.

City’s match tonight and comments from Pep are the *43rd article* down on the Daily Fail online sports page.

Some of the numerous articles above that are Salford City reaching the play off final and Neville shedding tears, and wait for it, wait for it......

Frankfurt concede SIX first-half goals against Leverkusen after resting Jovic for Europa League clash with Chelsea

Just watched the sports bulletin on beeb 1, the presenter couldn't say " Manchester City can go back to the top of the league" quickly enough. That was all he said and went straight on to Scottish football. As was mentioned earlier they're as biased as fuck on the beeb.

Yes, I've noticed this very convenient comparison the press are making.

What really angers me is the off field comparisons. This bollocks about MCFC & Liverpool have had a clear vision of the path they want to take and the planned infrastructure they've implemented.

Rubbish! We've had the project since 2008 which everyone mocked and ridiculed (including Liverpool).

Out of the premier league top four* we're the only club that has had a clear and obvious plan. It's one of the reasons we've finished the league in first or second place so consistently.

The only other club I can think of with this level of consistency is the rags under the piss can.
His drive was simply to knock Liverpool off their perch, which he eventually achieved 20 - 18.

It's not a coincidence they're (the rags) are nowhere to be seen now.... mission accomplished.

* there has never been anything other than a top four in the premier league era. This top six bollocks is a new phenomenon to help keep the likes of Scum and Liverpool relevant, who thanks to our 'project' have missed out on the top four. Who wants Europa league? It's a booby prize.

The broadcasting media only started referring to this top six tosh once it became clear to them that MCFC were going to be permanent residents of the top four.

The historical (established) top four:

Arsenal
Chelsea
Liverpool
Rags

Since we first battled with Tottenham to qualify for the top four (never heard the term top six prior to it) and eventually made it in we are the only club to finish in the top four every year.

Arsenal, Chelsea, liverpool, scum and Tottenham have all finished outside the top four during our tenure. Something the broadcasting media don't talk about.

So a polite notice to the broadcasting media and the written press: "Please don't compare Liverpool to MCFC we're light years ahead in terms of structure, progress and vision".

On the day when we are playing, and we could go back to the top of the league, all of the headlines and articles about the title race are about Liverpool.

Even the Independent has gone all Candlepool.......

It will be a miracle if it happens, la!

Jamie Vardy is the new Jesus. Brendan is the new Moses.

Liverpool are into miracle territory once again – but this time it’s different
The idea of the miracle is one that has written itself into Liverpool’s mythology over recent years. The problem is that this is a miracle they cannot manufacture themselves

Meet meet, sheek sheek, leek leek, that fucking accent grates with me big time. The deluded fucker couldn't see that his team spent by far the most money last summer, and haven't been shy over the years to splash it around. God I hate these twats, come on City for the good of football please do it.

Thought the Muppet who rang in just after and praised him for putting his thoughts over so eloquently was even funnier.

I think the commentators of most matches I've listened to this season, and the studio comments following games - and I don't listen to many for the obvious reason - wouldn't have a clue that that is written into the BBC Charter. When it comes to the PL the Licenced Arm of the RDAHMeedya show their true colours and they are very firmly taken from the crimson, scarlet, carmine end of the spectrum! Anything the Rags and Dippers do is box office, anything we do is 'news' but not front page news. You only have to look at the BBC local sport section and see how many times we have been ignored, totally ignored!

Liverpool and the media are getting all excited. Can someone remind them they still have to play Wolves who have been a decent team this season. The dippers struggled to beat Newcastle and Wolves are by far a better team than the barcodes.
Have you factored in the officials? No chance Wolves are getting anything from that game.

If things don't go to plan tomorrow at least I'll have an 11 hour flight the following day as I am off to the USA with work and I'll be working somewhere where I won't have access to my phone or any other form of social media/internet access. If I'm lucky I might be able to watch our game next Sunday, but fortunately I won't get any of the UK press biased Dipper bullshit, either before or after.
You will still have to be subjected to a bunch of drongos from all over the gaff wearing their Dipper shirts at the airport. Where are you going to in the USA where you can’t get access to your phone or the internet, Hanger 18?
