Hopefully any blues who bought packages for Madrid can make some good money off the scousers. Drug and theft money, but still.

Gutted they won, but Barcelona need horsewhipping for losing like that away from home 3 years on the bounce. Valverde is clueless. They just set up with the same line up, thinking they could just turn up and win the tie.

Agreed. I have had plenty of encounters over the years with the thuggish element of their support and they do have a very high number of plastic social media fanboys who seem to spend most of their time making racist comments about our owners. But you have to accept that not all their fans are like that and they are a great attacking team. A lot of City fans like to slag off Klopp but I regard his Dortmund team as one of the best teams I have seen live. Sometimes you need to step back and see the bigger picture.
 
6 separate articles on BBC website. Can't think any other team would get this level of overkill.
Imagine it's pretty tough being an Evertonian today.

Most - but not all - of the Liv-a-peule "fans" I know are complete plums. The empty space between their two ears is filled every day with relentless media pandering and they haven't the whit to realise the fantasy world that's been created solely for them to wallow in. Maybe someday they'll..., nah no chance, la.

You know why clicks on there site liverpool supporters all over the world all over it and to make the point a youtube video from liverpool youtube channel has had nearly a million views in 12 hours of the dressing room celebrations! And is why the media in all formats pander to them.
 
Fair play to the dippers last night. To overcome a 3-0 against Barca is undeniably a great performance. Barca are not the side they once were but even so. On a positive note from a City perspective, this Liverpool side will help us improve and maintain our levels of performance. At the minute we our the 2 best sides in Europe and I fully expect City to be winning a CL in the next few seasons.
