If this is the case, can you explain too me what is "serious" and "investigative" about the article? I ask this in the context of an article published in the Guardian on 7th March (Yes, the 7th of March):

The chairman of Uefa’s club financial control body (CFCB), Yves Leterme, said this year that if the allegations published by Der Spiegel are true, and City are found to be in breach of rules and to have deceived Uefa, the “heaviest punishment” possible is “exclusion from Uefa competitions”.

Not sure what you mean by posting this mate.

That this news was already reported? There are new bits in this story about UEFA's possible angle being about falsely presenting our information rather than financial irregularities.

Also the NY Times story "confirms" that the quote you posted is the expected course of action. That is news.

No disrespect, but Trying to question the NY Times credibility as an investigative newspaper is reaching to say the least.

Personally I wish the club would employ their own hackers and investigators to look into all the G14 clubs and UEFA themselves
