That's his style,Berbatov was the same, when sane goes he turns on the after burners and is away,i don't like a languid(sp) style held against him,he celebrates as much as anyone,he cares alright
Wasn't suggesting he doesn’t care, pretty sure Berbatov wouldn't get in a Pep team either again down to style of player not talent. The question is can Sane change, I think he can and should stay, but does he believe he can or does he want to enough, Bayern showing an interest might make him think he would be better off their. Again it’s down to him to decide, not much the club can do about his decision.

I agree with you, they will not pay what he’s worth. But I feel City will still sell at a reduced fee, to avoid Bayern convincing him to run his contract down. Hopefully he signs a new deal instead though.
Yep, the way Bayern work they'll probably end up getting him for a bargain £60 million or something daft.
I hope he stays, he could be a very special player and it would be gutting to see him fulfill his potential away from City

To get in this Pep team week in week out you need all round qualities & that Inc working his fucking arse off not just on the pitch but in training.

He clearly has attitude problems the last World Cup proved that as he wernt f in there..

He struggles pre season & missed out 1st choice from February the kid has problems & looks like his mum ain't easy to deal with.

How many tackles have you seen him do when under the Kosh, he is constantly throwing toys from the pram but has the quality to win games, it's so frustrating he averages 5 off sides a game too.

80-100m would be good business.

He has World Class ability but does he have the all round quality Pep wants???

If he wants away then Sell & move on

Does Laporte have attitude problems as well?

Lol

You got to wonder how Bayern get away with tapping up everybody else’s players. They had Boeteng signed and sealed before they even spoke to City. There seems to be a rule that all teams have to hand over their best German players to Bayern no matter who they play for... and Hoerness and Rumminiger think we are the corrupt ones!

Well no player is going to get assurances on game time, not even vinny

He won't sign if he doesn't feel it's a good enough contract for him and his young family,it's up to both sides to get it sorted
Let’s not pretend he’s holding out for £50k per year rather than the £30k per year we’ve offered him.

He’s never been picked for the national side as the dick running France doesn’t think he cares about France. Fairly different things.

And yes, I want Sane to sign a new long term City contract.

Per year? no wonder he is not signing!
That’s my point.

Whatever we are offering him would suffice for a player AND his young family. He’d never be able to spend whatever we give him. I very much doubt it’s money and think it’s more playing time.

He has a self worth and even rich people want the going rate, playing time is of course the other side of it,he said sunday he is going to work hard for more minutes

Leroy's contract situation??

Mum's the word.

Bayern after Leroy will all depend on the player , with Robben and Ribery leaving he will be a first team regular at Bayern and guaranteed medals , if he wants to leave which will be a huge blow , the we get the market price , if Rumenigge thinks he 's goin gon the cheap he can f*ck off , if Sancho is worth £100m and ****inho £140m then Leroy isnt going anywhere for less than £150m and if the German Rags dont like it , they can do one.
Bayern might be Billy Big Bollocks in the Bundesliga , but they are slipping behind us in european terms , there just another 'istree club with their tongue up UEFA's backside.

we paid 40 mil. for him and if we can't get the price what he'd be worth if some other club would be selling him (that's 100 mil. minimum and should be more based on Dembele/Coutinho transfers), then I'd let him run the transfer down. 2 more years of him for that lousy 40 million we paid for him would still be a good value. He is in pretty low wage range so that's not a problem too.

To replace Sane's quality, you need 100 mil. these days and you are not guaranteed it will click in your team.

I just think Pep has seen something in the makeup of him as a footballer that he knows won't bind with his coaching philosophy and that is why in the end he will go.

Can see Sancho coming back personally.

I just can't see us allowing him to freely go to United and potentially rip it up.

Zero chance for that as long as Pep is here. Not sure Sancho himself is keen to come back too.
