Brexit makes perfect sense to Trump however. A weakened EU means he has more clout at the negotiating table. And negotiating against the UK alone becomes a doddle. He's all for picking countries off one by one and against big trade blocs against which he is not dominant in negotiations.

The very fact Trump is pro Brexit should concern Leave voters if they were to give it a moments thought, which of course they won't be doing.
Only an idiot would think America does not do what it wants anyway and always has done when it comes to Britain, people who voted Brexit probably already knew this

You’ll how much they don’t currently have access to if we do leave the EU.

I’m worried about the NHS.

It’s now not even up for debate that being an EU member is good for our economy and organisations.

I don't know why you'd be worried about the NHS in this respect. If some organisation can provide goods or services better or cheaper, then why on earth would you want to insist that we buy inferior and more expensive instead? And if said organisation cannot supply better or cheaper then we wouldn't be using them anyway.

We either get an improvement, or the status quo remains. People should imo stop worrying about who provides services and concentrate instead on the quality of the services that are being provided. The level of privatization in the NHS is trivial at the moment anyway, despite Labour propaganda suggesting otherwise. 93% of NHS spending is on NHS' own resources and activities and 7% on external contracts. Big deal.

Have you not been banned yet after yesterday's disgraceful post?
i
You are correct i have been banned of the Labour AGAIN it is one of the reasons why i am an advocate of a dislike button as the like button only tells half a story, which would have saved me the trouble of replying to a bunch of religious fanatics, that thread needs relabeling.
And my crime this time was believing in equality and proportional representation in all government owned and supported industries, you should see what i was gagged for last time :)
Come on mods give us a dislike button please

People on here click the like button and then reply with 'great post'.

Very odd.

Dislike button would be great.

I did not vote out but i do believe in the long run it is for the best economically, i also think May was mad for trying to do it alone we voted out as a country and should have discussed as a country trade agreements that have taken centuries to adapt to, and will take decades to adjust to

I can’t possibly see how it will be better for us economically. We’re leaving to the biggest free trade area in the world, as a financial powerhouse and leader in such trade area.

That said, I do appreciate that May should have reached out, found compromise across the house and gone for a soft Brexit but then again she was worried about how certain people in her party would have taken that.

The dislike button would have it`s own problems just like the labour thread bullying, it would probably reduce the conversations and as such alternative views but it would have saved me and probably many others from bans and goading, see above

Call me selfish if you like but we are one of the strongest economies in that biggest free trade market and the weak will eventually pull the EU down, i do not believe we could ever as we never have, remove ourselves from Europe fully

What’s this based on?

The EU has withstood a lot over the last few decades, appreciating that it’s evolving all the time.

Making ourselves poorer on the basis that our nearest neighbours will collapse isn’t a positive outcome.

If the EU does go down it’s very bad for us even if we’re out of it.

I’m accusing you of being an anti Semite as seen by your disgraceful post yesterday and now trying to claim you are somehow being bullied over it.
The poor anti-semites are having their fee-fees hurt.

'Freedom of speech', that'll be the next excuse.

It was an intellectually honest Judgment imo, which is more than you frequently get from the Court of Appeal.
Each to his/her own opinion

Mine is that this was a nonsencial decision from the viewpoint of the senior judiciary and a politically notivated/ self-serving act by an individual

Refreshing to have different opinions

What a pathetic post.
Asking someone to prove a negative.
How about some proof to support your assertion?
Just saying you’re very confident you’re right doesn’t mean much considering your track record.
If you say so

I bow to your clear qualifications with regard to pathetic posts
