But that would be after the WA passes Parliament. Labour might not even support a no confidence vote as they'd want to wait until it was obvious that Leaving was a mistake (or until Corbyn is scuppered for his equivocation). But then Labour would still have lost support in Leave and Remain areas.

If suggest they are probably right in that assessment.

Whoever voted for Boris Johnson will be left disappointed, unless his PR is that good(which it could be), that he convinces them that the WA is that bad after all......

Too many labour PLP would protect to Tories to spite their leader. They'd rather see millions fucked over than serve in a Corbyn government because theres fuck all in it gof them.

yeah, i agree. the guy will say whatever he thinks pleases the people he's talking to at any given moment regardless of whether it contradicts anything else he's said. given the groundswell of support he apparently has tho, not sure any of the other candidates will be bold enough to properly go after him for it.

i'm half minded to want him to get it. will reduce the amount of high rate tax I pay by a fair bit and it will be very enjoyable to watch him drown in the ocean of shit he's in no small part created.

He won’t be in long enough to do anything with the taxes! But if he is and gets that witch Truss in as chancellor then anyone who loses their job or becomes ill might as forget any state help. That’s if she doesn’t poison us all first by letting big corporations, sorry I mean ‘free choice, load up all food with sugar and/or cheap shite

The only way Johnson gets us out of the EU on time is a PR lead WA. There is no chance of no-deal but at least it will stop all the ‘believe in Brexit’ brigade as their man is now(soon to be) at the helm

Not many votes for Javid to be divvied up between Hunt and Gove, all Johnson has to do is tell twenty or thirty of his brainless following to vote tactically, and he gets to choose the also ran.

Nothing will stop the ‘believe in Brexit’ brigade. Nothing short of declaring war on France and Germany will stop them. These people believe that Gove who ran the Leave campaign is a remainer which shows how far down the rabbit hole they’ve gone. Nothing remotely sensible is getting them back.

I had it on here, I mentioned Gove and apparently there are/were questions as to if he was a Remain ‘plant’. I can’t believe for a second anyone really believes that but the suggestion that he isn’t quite Leave-enough does show the crazy world we live it

If they don’t blame Johnson they will still blame May for forcing him to go back with the WA and it would have been better if he was PM at the start of the negotiations
