Foden won't be ready to replace Silva for another 2-3 seasons at the very least. Silva's small, bit he's still got big boots to fill. Isco would solve the Silva issue immediately, giving Foden time to grow without the pressure & weight of expectation.

However, after agreeing a move to City, & then going to Real instead, would City still be interested? Isco to City for the right money is a smart move, but the speculation is probably bullshit, so we shouldn't get twisted about it.

It wouldn't be a City transfer window without Isco being involved.
