Aaron Wan-Bissaka (signed for United)

It's a deal very much like Walkers, has the physical attributes and can get back to stop the counter.

Only issue is he's dreadful going forward, crossing and passing is very limited.

In a few years they'll be chasing a full back who can attack (unless Dalot can do that) much like we are with Cancelo.

United are about 5 years behind us in everything they are doing at the moment.

From what I’ve seen of him, I don’t think he is limited going forwards at all?

He is a step in the right direction for them, not sure what it means for Dalot though, i would have thought they had bigger gaps to fill than right back,

Time will tell.

After all the stick we got for signing a 50 million full back, how much will they get for spending 50 million on a full back who’s yet to play for his country’s senior team?

seemed to get quite a few assists last season too? unless my memory serves me incorrectly
Just checked. He has the grand total of 3. Maybe my memory isn’t that great, but from what I saw of him he felt like much more of a threat than that stat.

I've heard people say he doesn't get forward because of the way Palace play but on the left they have van Aanholt who is always bombing forward. I think he is very good defensively, but I have heard quite a few people question how good he is going forward. We'll see. He will have to attack at Utd.

I think they've got this one right. F*ck me they've had some dross in Dalot, ageing Valencia, Young etc etc. The fee is irrelevant. If they fix their mess, they'll need at least £500m investment in 2 summers to get back to title contention and this is pointless if they have a useless manager..

Say what you will but best available RB in the market IMO

United have made questionable additions in past but this is a smart move

That’s all relevant to the style of football you want to play. Defensively he’s got all the attributes to be anything he wants to be but if you look at the likes of City and your lot, that’s just not enough.

Well thats him straight in the Englands first team.

One good season lets see how does shit dressing room and a garbage manager.

True but the player hasn't really been asked to do more than that so far and United are far from being at the same level of football of either our clubs

Jeesh, completely forgot about Dalot.... the best young right back in Europe apparently when they signed him.... *cough*

I thought Valencia was decent under the right manager and system

His defensive stats is incredible. Not taking account his own goal recently. It's the offensive part of his game that is uncertain. Good thing is rags are in a such a mess this deal won't change much of their situation.

Still can be considered a good deal considering players age and his potential and they didn't have to remove the Zaha sell on clause.
