Finally got a squirrel proof feeder - sold from Canada made in China, cost a fortune but works unlike several alleged 'guaranteed' predecessors- all the finches and tits nesting and roosting in the outdoor vine above it are bursting at the seams with sunflower seed these days.

I bought one of those for the brother in law. A small black bear ripped it down.

Irish Coal Tit is different to the British Coal Tit. Recognized as a separate sub species.
They are also tiny. So on reflection judging by the size of the feeder, I’d imagine you are right.
