Never mind what he's like as a player. What about the important stuff? How many Instagram followers does he have?

You'll be disappointed to know that he has zero social media profile, doesn't have countless glass cars or ink. In fact he's an incredibly level headed intelligent and educated individual.

Is he THAT good? Heard a few people say he was the best CM/DM in La Liga this season. Can’t say I’ve seen much of him beyond a few Youtube clips. Thought Saul was the best Fernandinho replacement but he’d be impossible to get.

He's the real deal mate, great on the ball amazing interceptions his passing percentage must of been one of the highest in la Liga as he never seemed to miss place many, brilliant signing I know it's a different league but his stats are probably higher than fernandhino and look what a player he is.

Saw that he somehow gets a leg in when it looks impossible and ends up with the ball. Hope he can keep pace with the Premiership. If so, could be incredible.

Maybe after Merlin leaves we can call him Dave]

I Remember when I played as a kid, was about 10 years old and we had like a match day programme with descriptions of each player and they'd always be complementary like,
Le havre Oswald - great vision, powerful shot, good at 1 on 1s.

But There was this lad who was always the sub and Is description was genuinely,

John Smith - good at playing the trumpet.

You were bound to have a good shot with the vantage of the Texas Book Depository, surely?

Was this just a euphemism tho ; )

macros llorente real fan born in Madrid moved to atletico? Keep up mate where is the famous primera liga loyalty you love to harp on about?! Wake up mate.

Then following along isn't the problem, comprehension is - Llorente was deemed surplus to the squad by his club, else the player would've stayed. Loyalty by the club is a different matter if you aren't deemed good enough to the club

LOYALTY used to have a two way dimension

Why the hell we were not on this deal last summer? Atletico just bought him for 20m euros from Villarreal 2018 summer. Now he is moving for 70m euros. Our highly paid scouts surely should come up with these kind of transfers bit more often than scouting De Ligt or Maguire for us when they are already costing fortunes...

I'm just glad it's worked out as the best possible outcome for the club. Last year was shambolic to say the least with our DM targets, Fred, Jorginho, then Ndombele, landing none. Rodri was always someone who I thought was meant to be for Pep, even Atleti move didn't make sense. But it's all great now, who cares what we had to pay, be it a year late. I hope the lad lives up to his reputation in due course, very exited

Plus he will playing alongside a master at the role and be coached by a master.

We walked away from Fred,Jorginho decided to follow his manager and were we even interested in Ndombele?
