Most sensibly run clubs aim to get a good management structure in place before buying the players whereas the rags approach is the total opposite.

A rebuilding is needed that much is obvious , but employing OGS as the manager is absolute stupidity imo ( not that I'm not happy with his appointment ) and just demonstrates that the Glazers together with Woodward are just happy to remain hovering around top four with the hope of CL place , and maybe the odd cup thrown in.

The philosophy is so blatantly obvious that even their most stupid fans can presumably see what is happening.

They have worked hard over their successful years to create such a great commercial set up . Brand over quality is their objective.

I can’t believe any City fan actually believes he said that. If you’re one of them; seek help.

Bless em, it’s the last straw they cling to now that United will always be bigger than City. Back in the very early days I bet there were Preston North End supporters who gave it out to all the other local teams that they would be seen as grander than everyone else.

They’ve had their 20 years in the sun now get back in your hole. You lucked out on a very good manager now you are back to your level. Go support Liverpool as the team you picked because they were successful ain’t that good anymore.

I just don't understand why more isn't being made of the wage increase limit being abolished by the Premier League, at the exact time that these red sh*ts have a problem with a huge wage bill and wanting to invest in more new players, keeping De Gea by offering him parity etc.

I mean, I have the utmost confidence that they couldn't wipe their own arses over there right now, but the rule change seems to pretty much only benefit those who want to invest big, and have the commercial structure to do so already.

The only media articles I have seen are suggesting it will close the gap and allow the smaller clubs to invest, but clearly it won't as they don't have the cash to do it right now, or to sustain it, so really only the bigger clubs, who have a need to reinvest in their squads, will benefit. Which is pretty much just one club.

Pereira signing a 4 year contract now, he's 23, so much for Ole's clearout. He's going to leave a right mess when he's sacked in October, this year will be a write off for them, again

He said the city has changed in the last few years and the city is blue,in response to a question by fat man custis as to why he didn't go there

He also said. City are one of the top teams in Europe and have changed the face of football in the premier league and in England.
