Most sensibly run clubs aim to get a good management structure in place before buying the players whereas the rags approach is the total opposite.
A rebuilding is needed that much is obvious , but employing OGS as the manager is absolute stupidity imo ( not that I'm not happy with his appointment ) and just demonstrates that the Glazers together with Woodward are just happy to remain hovering around top four with the hope of CL place , and maybe the odd cup thrown in.
The philosophy is so blatantly obvious that even their most stupid fans can presumably see what is happening.
They have worked hard over their successful years to create such a great commercial set up . Brand over quality is their objective.
