Deal agreed with Bayern Munich for Leroy Sane - €60m (including add-ons)

Manchester City believe Leroy Sane will snub Bayern Munich if they make an official bid, and Sane himself has indicated he has no desire to join Bayern. City are ready to increase his wages towards £150,000-a-week including bonuses. [@MullockSMirror]

He usually gets a brief so looking good

Edit

Pep Guardiola will not stand in the way of Leroy Sané if he wants to leave - and Bayern Munich meet the £100m asking price. [@MullockSMirror]

Confused now
To be fair the second one doesn’t confuse things, it’s just saying if he does explicitly say he wants to leave and Bayern stop being penny pinching bratwurst munching ****s he can go.

Personally think £100mil is still to low but a +£50mil profit on a player is good business

Think it's pretty simple when you take a step back and look at how Pep behaves around players who want to leave, i.e. he wouldn't stand in any player's way if they wanted out because he doesn't want players who aren't fully committed. But as City understand it, none of that matters because they don't have to let Leroy go unless Bayern offer something crazy, like £100m. And as City also understand it, the question of Bayern bidding £100m doesn't matter either because Sane has indicated he wants to stay.

Yeah but Pep and him don't get on, I read it on here.

£100M is ok but in euro's they can bugger off,it sounds promising in our favour anyway

I'm glad I'm not our DOF too because I'd have no idea what I'm doing. which is why I said if we sell I think we need to replace him before the season starts, whether the club would think that I have no idea. What I do think is if we do decide to sell it will be around £100 mill certainly not £150 mill minimum.
Well Felix has just gone to Madrid for £113m, so I do think Leroy would be worth £150m, anyway I hope he stays.

I expect him to stay, I would say he’s worth more than £113 mill, if he extended, maybe not quite £150 mill, I’d expect that for Sterling and don’t think he’s worth as much as Sterling. None of those things though mean under certain circumstances we couldn’t be backed into taking less around the £100 mill mark, value is determined by lots of factors talent is a big one but not the only one contract length plays a big part as he goes into his last 2 years.
Felix was a gamble on his release clause before it got increased with the hope he’ll become a £113 mill player don’t think anyone thinks he’s a £113 mill player at this time though.

Kind of agree but I also wonder, if he is genuinely a £150m player, why he isn't getting in our first team week in week out?
Rotation, other players like Bernie playing better, nobody is guaranteed a spot in our first 11, not even KDB, we have a wicked squad of players that are all fighting for a starting position.

Oh you want Sane, German Rags?

Yeaah, that's too bad

150k a week seems like a lowball offer on our part. If media reports are to be believed (a big assumption, I realize) then Walker gets 180k, and Sterling was making 180k before his recent raise. If I'm Sane I'd expect over 200k, and especially so if I'm being valued at 100m.

He is on 65k a week so that a big increase.
